Lauren Smith has a diverse background in human resources and talent acquisition. Starting as a Human Resources Intern at BankNewport from June 2019 to January 2020, Lauren provided administrative support, conducted interviews, and assisted with new hire orientation while developing a strong understanding of HR databases. From October 2020 to June 2024, Lauren worked as a Senior Recruiter at Actalent, managing the full recruitment lifecycle and aligning candidates' skills and aspirations with client needs. Currently, Lauren serves as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at ASML, continuing to build expertise in talent sourcing and candidate management. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of Rhode Island.
