Le Yi is currently the Head of Legal and Compliance at ASML, where they serve on both the China Management Team and the Legal Leadership Team. With extensive experience in the hi-tech manufacturing industry, Le has previously held roles as a Senior Legal Counsel at Honeywell and as an Associate at Baker & McKenzie. They have also taken on significant responsibilities as an Arbitrator with the Shanghai International Arbitration Center and the Dalian International Arbitration Court since 2024 and 2025, respectively. Le is additionally a Specially Invited Member of the Shanghai Bar Association since 2020 and has a strong educational background, having graduated from the University of Chicago Law School.
