Leon Merkx

Leon Merkx is an experienced professional with a strong background in mechatronics and software design, currently serving as Group Lead Projection at ASML since June 2023. Prior to this role, Leon held various positions at Alten Nederland from September 2015 to May 2023, including Project Director, where responsibility for customer project delivery led to significant business transformation in the Netherlands. Leon also served as a Technical Manager at Alten, focusing on competence development and providing strategic support across business units.
