Levi van der Heijden

Levi van der Heijden is an experienced professional in the field of HR analytics and employee engagement, currently serving as a Freelancer in Employee Listening & Engagement at ASML and as the Founder of Humaze, an organization focused on leveraging workforce data to drive growth and improve employee motivation. Previously, Levi held the role of People Insights Manager at VodafoneZiggo, where responsibilities included developing data-driven solutions to enhance HR effectiveness and employee satisfaction. Early career experiences include an internship at Deloitte in HR Transformation and various roles related to social media and content creation at the University College Twente and the University of Twente. Levi holds two Master’s degrees from the University of Twente in Business Administration and Business Information Technology, alongside a minor in Economics & Social Sciences from Saitama University.
