Ligia Soto

Ligia Soto currently serves as the Quality & Logistics Manager for Optics & Silicon Based Devices and as the Sr. Manager, Head of Business Engineering at ASML since October 2022, leading process improvement initiatives within the EUV Factory. Prior to ASML, Ligia held various leadership roles at Philips from 2011 to 2022, including Materials Management Site Leader and Director of multiple programs focused on supply chain and business transformation. Ligia’s earlier experience includes positions at AIG and General Motors, where responsibilities ranged from compensation coordination to HR management. Ligia holds an MSc in Business Administration from the University of Twente, a B.S. in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, and has completed additional education in supply chain management and leadership.
