Linas Čapas

Linas Čapas is a lead mechanical engineer at ASML, currently overseeing mechanical design and technical documentation management within NXT Wafer Stage modules. With a Master's degree in Engineering Design from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics from Kaunas University of Technology, Linas possesses extensive experience in mechanical engineering across various sectors. Prior to their current role, Linas worked as a mechanical design engineer at ASML and contributed to mechanical development at Brolis Sensor Technology. Linas also gained early experience through internships, including a prototyping assistant role at KTH Prototype Center and a mechanical engineering internship at Santavilte.
