Lotte Terwoert

Lotte Terwoert is currently a Learning & Knowledge Management Solution Designer at ASML, focusing on design and development within the Manufacturing Academy. Previously, Lotte worked as a researcher at TU/e, specializing in optimizing swallowing diagnostics, and served as a lecturer at Fontys EGT and Fontys Paramedische Hogeschool, where they taught and managed projects related to healthcare and technology. Lotte began their career as a Speech and Language Therapist at St. Jansgasthuis and Stichting Land van Horne, working with patients with neurological disorders. They hold a Master's degree in Linguistics, Speech and Language Pathology from Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen and a Bachelor of Science in Speech and Language Therapy from Fontys Paramedische Hogeschool.
