Louis Lu is currently the Senior Vice President at ASML, leading operations at its Wilton site, which specializes in the design and manufacture of advanced optical metrology and lithography systems. Previously, Louis served as Vice President of Engineering at ASML from 2008 to 2022, overseeing a multidisciplinary R&D organization. Prior to that, Louis held the role of R&D Manager at HP for a year and spent 14 years as Vice President of Engineering at Bristol Technology Inc. Louis earned both a B.S. and M.S. in Optical Engineering from Zhejiang University, followed by an M.S. in Electrical Engineering with a concentration in Computer Graphics from Tulane University.
