Louise Colfer possesses a robust background in the field of Chemical Physics, having earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) with First Class Honours from University College Cork between 2014 and 2018. Louise began professional experience as a General Operative and later as a Quality Officer at Sofrimar Ltd. from June 2015 to May 2016. Subsequent roles at University College Cork included serving as a Lead Laboratory Demonstrator from September 2016 to May 2018 and engaging in a PhD program at Tyndall National Institute from October 2018 to November 2023, where internship experience was also gained. Currently, Louise holds the position of Laboratory Engineer at ASML, starting in September 2023.
