Luca T. is a Senior Customer Support Specialist at ASML, specializing in the design and commissioning of PV and thermal solar plants, as well as various lithography techniques. They previously served as a Diagnostics Competence Engineer at ASML from 2013 to 2017, where they analyzed system diagnostic issues and created performance reports. Luca holds a PhD in Nanotechnology from Università del Salento, where they completed their research from 2005 to 2008.
