Luuk Wagenaar

Luuk Wagenaar is an Optical Architect IBP&S at ASML, where they lead the technical direction for Installed Base Products and Services across the DUV range. Previously, Luuk served as an Escalation Owner and Manager at ASML, focusing on resolving critical customer issues through coordinated efforts and root cause analysis. Luuk has experience as a full-time athlete trained in South Africa and has also contributed as a youth coordinator and coach in track and field organizations. They completed a research internship at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, achieving high marks for their master's thesis on semiconductor properties.
