Maarten Dam

Maarten Dam is a Mechatronics Architect at ASML, where they focus on EUV Source development. They previously worked as a Mechatronics Design Engineer and have held roles such as Research Scientist at TNO, where they specialized in model and control development for diesel emission systems. Maarten began their academic journey with a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Avans Hogeschool Breda, followed by an MSc from Eindhoven University of Technology, where they completed a master thesis on observer design for DC/DC converters. Their early career included internships at Philips Lighting and Motion Control Systems.
