Maarten Laeven is currently the Group Lead for EUV D&E Industrialization at ASML, where they lead a team of industrial engineers and architects. Prior to joining ASML in 2023, they worked at DAF Trucks NV from 2017 to 2018, serving in various roles including performance engineer, calibration engineer, and supervisor of system calibration. Maarten earned a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Technische Universiteit Eindhoven from 2006 to 2012.
