Maarten Sluijter

Maarten Sluijter is currently the Group Lead Supplier Quality Engineering at ASML, where they focus on reducing supplier manufacturing quality and technology risks during new product introductions. Previously, Maarten held various roles at ASML, including Team Lead Supplier Quality Engineering and Supply Chain Engineer, where they managed supplier project risks related to EUV Lithography machines and developed a supportive supply base for Carl Zeiss projection lenses. Earlier in their career, Maarten worked at Philips Research, completing a PhD project on simulating optical properties of liquid-crystal devices and a graduation project that improved optical lens design for displays. Maarten earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from 2006 to 2009 and a Master of Science in Applied Physics from 1999 to 2005.
