Maikel Schepers

Maikel Schepers is a Principal Architect at ASML, where they lead the multi-disciplinary development of the Machine Conditioning system for next-generation EUV systems. With a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience as a System Architect and Chief Product Owner, Maikel excels in integrating mechanics, electronics, and software. Previously, they held various engineering roles at ASML, Philips, and Basic Engineering, after earning a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Eindhoven.
