Manfred Tenner

Manfred Tenner is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in engineering and research. They served as a PhD student at FOM-AMOLF from 1985 to 1990 and then transitioned to Philips Research, where they worked as a researcher until 1996. After that, they led projects at LG.Philips Displays from 1996 to 2006, before joining ASML, where they held multiple roles including Senior Design Engineer, principal architect, and Group Lead of development and engineering until 2007. Throughout their career, they have focused on optimizing production systems and developing innovative solutions in the field of metrology and alignment applications.
