Manon Will

Manon Will is currently a Group Lead at ASML, specializing in tin supply and refill functions. With extensive experience in designing thermo-mechanical systems, Manon previously completed a PhD in Physics at Eindhoven University of Technology, where they focused on the design and optimization of pulse-tube refrigerators. At ASML, Manon has held several positions, including Group Lead for DUV Performance & Integration and Thermal Architect, emphasizing coaching and development of team members while driving technical solutions. Prior to ASML, Manon worked at Mecal Applied Mechanics as a thermal specialist, contributing to significant projects in thermal design.
