Marc Kea is currently the Head of Program at ASML-HMI, where they have held various leadership roles, including Head of Inspection & Metrology Program and Product Development Manager for E-Beam Applications. Previously, Marc worked at CERN from 2006 to 2008, focusing on the design and development of high-precision alignment systems for the ATLAS detector and future CLIC accelerator.
