Marcel Kouters

Marcel Kouters is currently a Mechanical Architect Tooling at ASML, where they previously served as a Mechanical Analyst. Prior to ASML, Marcel held the position of System Lead Engineer & Cleanliness Expert at NTS-Group, specializing in the development of opto-mechatronic systems. Their career began as a Material Scientist at TNO, where they gained extensive knowledge in materials mechanics and became Chairman of the employee association "De OZO." Marcel earned a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree from Zuyd University of Applied Sciences.
