Marcel Los is a seasoned Human Resources Executive currently serving as the Head of HR for the Netherlands and Europe at ASML, where they are responsible for a workforce exceeding 20,000 employees. With a distinguished career spanning over two decades, Marcel has held various leadership roles, including HR Director for Wyeth in the Netherlands and as Regional HR Director for Austria and CEE/CIS. Previously, they served as Senior Vice President of HR at DLL, where they managed global HR operations across multiple continents. Marcel holds a Master’s degree in Organizational and Social Psychology from Rijksuniversiteit Groningen and has lived and worked in several countries, enhancing their global HR expertise.
