Marcel Renkens

Marcel Renkens is a Senior Principal Architect at ASML, where they have been contributing since 2023. Previously, Marcel held positions at Philips Applied Technologies as both a Senior and Principal System Architect, focusing on high precision systems from 1999 to 2006. They served as a Research Scientist at Philips Research from 1996 to 1999 and as a Principal System Architect in large mechatronic development projects at Philips Innovation Services in 2011-2012. Marcel earned a PhD in Mechatronic Design from Eindhoven University of Technology after completing a PDEng in the same field and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution.
