Maria V.

Maria V. is a quality manager at ASML in the DUV System Performance department. They previously held the position of design engineer at ASML and were a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Twente, focusing on XUV optics. Maria earned a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from Aalto University, where they were also a PhD student in the microfabrication group. Additionally, Maria has experience as a process engineer at LioniX International and has contributed as a research assistant in low-temperature laboratory research.
