Marius van Laar is a Metrology Design Engineer at ASML since September 2023, leading new product development and introduction from concept design to qualification. Prior experience includes serving as an R&D Engineer at Delft Circuits, where Marius created internal software for process automation and collaborated with stakeholders to refine design requirements. Marius also interned at Qu & Co, focusing on research in Quantum Machine Learning, and worked as an Applications Scientist at Smartia, applying Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to industrial projects. Marius holds a Master’s degree in Physics from the University of Groningen and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from the University of Bristol.
