Marjan Flohr has extensive experience in community management and engineering, currently serving as Community Manager and Talent Advisor at ASML since April 2007. In this role, Marjan manages the ASML Technology Scholarship program and oversees international engagement events for PhD and MSc students with technical backgrounds while maintaining the talent pool. Previous roles include Design Engineer at ASML, where Marjan modeled and tested prototypes for various machines, and Supervisor for PSV Publiekscatering at Randstad, managing catering operations at the Philips Stadium. Marjan also has experience in medical electromagnetism through TOIO projects at Eindhoven University of Technology and Philips Medical Systems. Marjan holds an ir degree in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Electromagnetics from Eindhoven University of Technology, obtained in 2004. A sabbatical leave allowed time for travel.
