Mark Eurlings

Mark Eurlings is an Architect Yieldstar (metrology) at ASML, where they have worked since 2014. Prior to this role, Mark held various positions at ASML, including System Engineer Imaging and Manager of Illumination Development and Engineering, starting in 2008. They pursued a PdEng in Physics at Eindhoven University of Technology from 1994 to 1996, and they earned an ir. in Physics from the same institution earlier, between 1988 and 1994. Mark’s educational journey began at Bernardinuscollege Heerlen from 1982 to 1988.
