Mark Geelen is currently the Group Manager of Development and Engineering in EUV Metrology at ASML, where they lead initiatives related to advanced metrology systems. They previously worked as a Mechatronics Engineer at ASML, contributing to the design of NXE machines, and served as a Mechatronics Development Engineer at Nobleo. Mark completed their Master’s thesis in Mechanical Engineering at Eindhoven University of Technology in 2012, following a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Hogeschool Zuyd. Additionally, they gained valuable experience as a consultant in mechatronics and robotics while working for Alten.
