Mark Murphy

Mark Murphy has extensive experience in the semiconductor manufacturing and technology sectors, beginning with a role as a Missile Systems Technician in the US Navy from January 1979 to January 1983. Following military service, Mark worked at Materials Research Corporation as a Field Service Engineer from February 1983 to April 1994, focusing on equipment installations and service for Plasma Vapor Deposition systems. From April 1994 to July 2008, Mark served as a Senior Equipment Technician at Hewlett-Packard, maintaining and repairing semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Subsequently, Mark held various positions at Qorvo, Inc., as an Equipment Engineer until April 2016, then transitioned to ASML where Mark has been a Senior EUV Installation Coordinator since January 2023, having previously worked as an EUV Upgrades Project Coordinator and EUV Installation Coordinator, providing customer service support for the TWINSCAN NXE EUV platform.
