Mark Schiphorst

Mark Schiphorst currently serves as the Senior Director & Senior Strategic Account Leader at ASML, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this, Mark was the Senior Director of Defense Europe at GKN Aerospace, where responsibility included managing a multidisciplinary team and full P&L for the Defense business. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Trane Technologies, focusing on connectivity and aftermarket services, and various vice president positions at Ingersoll Rand, overseeing service excellence and procurement across North America and EMEA for Thermo King. Mark has also held senior procurement positions at Philips and began a career at Fokker Technologies. Educational credentials include an Executive Leadership Program from Ingersoll Rand University and a degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering Technology from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
