Mark Spanjers has extensive experience at ASML, having joined the company in 2013. Current roles include Manager of the EUV Factory NXE System Qualification and Manager of EUV Factory SD&P and CE. Additionally, Mark serves as Grouplead for EUV Factory System Integration. Prior to these positions, Mark was Team Leader for New Product Logistics at ASML until April 2016.
