Marleen Schut is the Owner of Customer User Xperience Competence at ASML, where they have served as Manager of UX competence and also held the position of Principal Strategic UX Architect and Manager of the User Insights Team since 2015. Previously, they worked at Philips Consumer Lifestyle as a Senior Usability Designer and Project Leader from 2008 to 2011, and at Philips Research as the UX Team Lead from 2011 to 2015.
