Marthe Biezen is currently the Real Estate Expertise Manager at ASML, focusing on global campus development and workplace design strategies. They previously worked as a Spatial Experience Designer and Design Strategist at Philips Experience Design from 2021 to 2023, and as a Spatial Experience Designer and Concept Developer at KING KONGS from 2016 to 2019. Marthe also ran their own design studio, Studio Marthe Biezen, from 2011 to 2021, where they served as a Designer, Art Director, and Creative Strategist. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Design with a concentration in Man & Well Being at Design Academy Eindhoven, where they are achieving their degree with Cum Laude honors.
