Martijn Patelski

Martijn Patelski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality management and engineering. Martijn served as a Project Manager at Eindhoven University of Technology, overseeing the non-technical aspects of a student project group. Currently, Martijn is a Quality Manager at ASML, focusing on enhancing manufacturing quality and implementing lean principles to boost factory efficiency. Previously, Martijn held several key roles at Prodrive Technologies, including Quality Manager and Global Process Owner Improvement, where responsibilities encompassed leading the Quality Assurance department and managing a global team of quality engineers. Martijn's earlier positions also include roles in quality assurance, service management, and electronic engineering, complemented by a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology.
