Martijn van Nierop

Martijn van Nierop is the Director and Head of Software Innovation at ASML, where they focus on IT product and technology. With a background in software development and systems architecture at LogicaCMG and CMG, Martijn later served as Manager of Infrastructure and Architecture at Van der Moolen, leading an intercultural team in a real-time trading environment. They have held various managerial roles at notable companies, including Achmea and Nolan, Norton & Co., where Martijn harnessed extensive budget responsibilities and HR management for large teams. Martijn holds a Master's degree in Chemistry from Leiden University, which they completed cum laude.
