Martijn van Rossum

Martijn van Rossum is a seasoned executive with over 15 years of international experience in energy and gas projects at Shell and innovative semiconductor equipment at ASML. Currently, as the Director of the ESG Sustainability Program at ASML, Martijn focuses on redefining operational strategies to manage ESG risks and reduce carbon footprints. Previously, Martijn held various leadership roles at ASML, including strategic advisory positions and overseeing business transformations in DUV system delivery. Martijn's past experience also includes managing offshore gas production projects at NAM BV Assen and significant roles at Shell, where they contributed to major gas and hydrogen initiatives. Martijn earned a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology, graduating with distinction.
