Matthew McKay is a qualified System Qualification Engineer at ASML, specializing in the qualification of Extreme Ultra Violet (EUV) lithography systems since March 2022. Prior to this role, McKay served as a Junior Mechanical Engineer at Six Axis Automation from July 2021 to January 2022, where responsibilities included project costing, component sourcing, and the design and development of robotic systems for non-destructive testing applications. McKay's career began in the SA Navy as a Junior Naval Officer from January 2017 to December 2019, after completing Basic Military Training and Military Training for Officer's Part 1 through the University Reserve Training Programme. McKay holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stellenbosch University.
