Matthew McLaren

Matthew McLaren has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, holding various high-level positions at companies such as ASML, KLA-Tencor, and Applied Materials Implant Division. With a background in ion beamline development engineering and a PhD in Ion Implant from The University of Salford, Matthew has specialized knowledge in ion transport efficiency, low energy ion beam optics, and particle contamination reduction. Matthew currently serves as the EVP Intel Customer Team at ASML, showcasing their expertise in product marketing, program management, and metrology.
