Metrology Architect

Matthijs Cox is a Metrology Architect at ASML, focusing on enhancing engineer effectiveness and product outcomes in the development of advanced lithography machines. With a background as an Algorithm Architect and Design Engineer/Data Scientist, Matthijs has been involved in cross-functional projects utilizing Agile methodologies and integrating new sensor technologies.
