Max Bongaerts

Max Bongaerts is an experienced consultant, trainer, and project manager specializing in organizational change and project management. They worked as a 1ste Medewerker at Theater aan het Vrijthof and later served as an Adviseur at BMC Groep, where they led various strategic projects. At Ami Consultancy, Max focused on project management, change initiatives, and coaching, including notable projects with Boskalis and Pon Logistics.
