Max Damen has extensive experience in project management and system delivery within the high-tech industry. Currently serving as the Group Lead for EF MF System Delivery Volume and System Owner at ASML since October 2017, Max is responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of qualified NXE systems. Prior roles include a Project Management Trainee position at ASML, where responsibilities involved managing system progress in the EUV Factory, along with an earlier internship at Philips Healthcare focused on enhancing after-sales service performance through data analytics. Max holds a Master's degree in Innovation Management from Eindhoven University of Technology and has a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the same institution. Additional experience includes tutoring and mentoring roles, as well as participation in a pianist talent class.
