Max Schoonderbeek

Lead Software Architect

Max Schoonderbeek is an experienced embedded software engineer at ASML, responsible for the illumination component of the NXT machine since December 2014. Prior to this role, Max completed a graduation project at GN ReSound focused on Gaussian Process Preference Learning to enhance personalized hearing aid algorithms. Max holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology, where contributions included mentoring first-year students and serving as an instructor for various engineering courses. Additional experience includes an internship at NXP Semiconductors, involvement with the symposium committee at e.t.s.v. Thor, and serving in leadership roles at University Racing Eindhoven, focusing on electronics design for racing applications.
