Mehdi Nouri

Mehdi Nouri is a functional architect at ASML, specializing in high and low NA reticle stage electrostatic clamps. With significant experience as a senior metrology engineer at ASML from 2019 to 2023, Mehdi previously worked as a research engineer at the University of North Texas, focusing on optical BioMEMS device fabrication, testing, and process development. Prior roles include optical research engineer at Southern Methodist University and various positions in customer network support at Ericsson. Mehdi holds a Master of Science in RF Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Dallas.
