Mei Yang

Mei Yang is currently a Senior Product Performance Engineer at ASML, with over eight years of hands-on experience in optical-electronic devices and semiconductor metrology tool operations. Previously, they served as a System Engineering Intern at Applied Materials, where they contributed to sensor technology development and conducted data analysis. Mei has a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Georgia, where they also worked as a Research Assistant, and they hold a Master's degree in Laser and Optical Engineering from Jinan University. Additionally, they have published 14 research articles in high-impact technical journals and international conferences.
