Meng Qiao

Meng Qiao is a seasoned project lead at ASML, with a background that includes significant roles in financial control and continuous improvement. From 2019 to 2022, they led multiple operational excellence projects at ASML, standardizing business intelligence solutions and coaching junior engineers. Prior to their tenure at ASML, Meng held financial controller positions at DHL Express and Gibson Innovations, where they optimized financial reporting and partnered with operational teams for performance monitoring. They earned a Master of Science in Finance from Tilburg University and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Shandong University.
