Michael Abrams, MBA, M.Ed, CPCC has extensive experience in talent management, organizational development, and learning. Michael currently holds the position of Head of U.S. Talent, Learning & Organizational Effectiveness at ASML, where Michael focuses on various aspects of talent management and organizational effectiveness. Prior to this, Michael held roles at Republic Services, Ashley Furniture Industries, Banner Health, and Training by Design, where Michael developed strategies for talent management and leadership development. With a background in education, including a Doctor of Education in Organizational Development, Michael is well-equipped to drive performance and effectiveness in organizations.
