Michael Purvis

Michael Purvis is a Senior Technology Manager at ASML, where Michael previously held positions as Group Lead Manager and Principal Engineer. Prior to ASML, Michael worked at Cymer as a Staff System Engineer and Senior Systems Engineer. Michael also served as a Research Assistant at Colorado State University where Michael earned a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering. Prior to their Ph.D., Michael completed a Masters of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the same university.
