Michael Sullivan

Michael Sullivan is a Senior Optical Sensing Engineer 1 at ASML since May 2022, previously serving as a Senior Scientist at Nikira Labs where research focused on optical gas analyzers for environmental applications. Michael's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from Emory University, where involvement included co-teaching Environmental Chemistry I and conducting extensive research on sea spray aerosols.
