Michael van der Velden

Michael van der Velden is an experienced FPGA Designer currently employed at ASML since March 2020, working through Alten. Prior to this, Michael held various engineering roles, including Development Engineer at UTC Climate, Controls & Security and Hardware Engineer at Philips Healthcare, where responsibilities included designing embedded firmware and hardware for security systems and developing motion-control setups for medical devices, respectively. Michael's career also includes positions at Topic Embedded Systems, ebm-papst Heating Systems B.V., and internships focusing on hardware development and sensor interface design. Michael holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Saxion University of Applied Sciences and completed HAVO at Eindhovens Protestants Lyceum.
