Michel Maat

Michel Maat is a skilled professional currently managing the CS DUV Upgrades, Installs & Relocations Program Team at ASML. Previously, Michel held several project management roles at ASML, including Projectmanager Service Process Design for EUV Source and Projectmanager Manufacturing EUV, where critical responsibilities included setting up manufacturing processes for new machine designs.
