Mickey Bakker

Mickey Bakker is a Change Manager at ASML, currently focused on IT organizational change. They have extensive experience in consulting, having worked with HillFive, where they specialized in Agile practices, Lean improvement, and operational excellence. Mickey served as a board member and Activities Commissioner for the Socrates International Honours Society and held various roles in marketing, recruitment, and research across multiple organizations, including Triodos Bank and Birch Consultants. They hold a Master’s degree in Organization, Change, and Management from Universiteit Utrecht.
