Mikhail Sorokin

Mikhail Sorokin is a pragmatic and results-driven professional currently serving as Group Leader and Function Owner at ASML, focusing on Overlay Reference in DUV and EUV applications. With previous roles as Senior Project Manager at ASML and Project Manager at Philips Lighting, Mikhail has led various innovation projects and contributed to the development of medical products.
